As your Colorado Licensed sports nutritionist, I provide comprehensive services to guide and help you or your team have the tools for success you need to reach your goals. Since 2018, I began working with clients at Anytime Fitness in order to achieve better overall health, improve blood pressure, be fitness competition stage ready, and bring health to the corporate workplace. I’ve also worked with teenage athletes to increase performance and body composition for FOOTBALL, CHEERLEADING AND BASEBALL.
Science Based Medical Nutrition
All my education for nutrition comes straight from medical nutrition from Arizona State University. I have studied how to reduce blood pressure, help you treat your pre/diabetes 1 and 2 as well as healthy weight maintenance. I can also treat a wide range of nutritional deficiencies, such as Anemia.
Teenage and Adult Athletics Performance
I have personally worked with the Sun Devils Athletics team in Phoenix AZ to help monitor nutrition and hydration of their football team. I can help you, or your high school children be the best to their potential. I can help increase muscle, speed, and performance. I can also help lose weight, gain muscle, or just increase your bench to impress the boys’ at the gym!

Coming from a medical nutrition stand point, I can help REDUCE YOUR COMPANY HEALTHCARE PREMIUMS and help set up a wellness program in your company’s building from customized flyers, to incentives to workout, and eat healthy on site.
Small – Large Group Nutrition Education
I would love to come to your workplace or setting of choice and teach a class on nutrition and basics of how to eat healthy, from a science based perspective. We could sit down, and talk about all the macro nutrients and how to choose meals that are filling, and taste good without eating salads.
